Batomon Showdown Ratacomb

Ratacomb gains permanent Damage when it is Knocked Out. Its four default panels keep Damage at 15 while the Knockout gain changes with level; Shiny values are unavailable here.

Ratacomb is listed as Tier 1, Cost 15, Type ghost.

Damage gained on Knockout

The listed Damage and the amount gained on Knockout are different fields. The permanent gain is described as carrying into later battles of the same run; this does not establish exactly when the new value is applied.

Evolution from Pipskull

Pipskull records two of its own Knockouts. The guide’s evolution explanation adds that it evolves when the next shop is ready, provided you do not already own Ratacomb. This evolution condition is separate from Ratacomb’s own Damage-growth ability.

Levels and Normal versus Shiny

Default identifies the captured panel, without treating it as a verified Normal form. The Shiny column records a data gap rather than zero or matching values.

Ratacomb questions

Does any lost battle count toward the evolution?

The condition describes Pipskull’s own Knockouts, not any battle loss or another monster being Knocked Out.

Why are there no Shiny numbers?

Neither reference provided an explicit Shiny control for Ratacomb. This absence does not establish that the game has no Shiny form.

Does selling an existing Ratacomb restore evolution eligibility?

Selling, merging, copying and progress retention have not been resolved for that condition.

Separate Ratacomb’s Damage growth from the conditions that evolve Pipskull.
